The Model
1.People
The Innovation Plant model has a wide intake of people. We are willing to assist anybody who asks for our help as long as they have the ambition and the drive to push their project onward.
2. The Process leader
The process leader is at the very core of the Innovation Plant Model. They have all the know how and the know who it takes to make innovation happen. They have extensive knowledge of working with innovations and the Innovation Plant Model.
3. Measures
The measures are the tools needed to develop the innovation such as marketing overviews, design overviews etc. Professionals in our experienced network perform these measures. They have the ability and the knowledge to perform the measures rapidly and cost efficiently.
4. Rejections
A few of the projects will not be able, for one reason or another, to develop into valuable innovations. These projects will at some point be rejected. However the tendency to start over with a new project is very strong. The carrier of the idea have learned something from the failure and wants to try again, he/she has realized that innovation is possible.
5. Products on the market
The goal of the Innovation Plant Model is always to put innovations on the market. We do not consider a project an innovation or a success until it has reached the market.
6. Capital
It is not possible to produce innovations without capital. It is the capital that makes the wheel spin and produce results. However, we believe that the costs doesn't have to be as high as they often are today.
